You are at your own risk on these hikes. Killer B Fitness is not responsible for your safety during any portion of these hikes. We suggest that you always hike with at least one other adult or a group. We also recommend bringing your phone, sun protection and water.
In order for a hike to count, it must be recorded on Strava. You can create a free Strava account very quickly. Download the Strava app on your phone and register an account.
Press “Record” on the bottom
Press “Start”
Make sure you start tracking your hike on the app about 50-100 ft before the start of the segment. When you finish, go about 50-100 ft past the end of the segment before stopping the timer.
Strava uses GPS, so once you get to the start of the hike segment, the app will know, and at the end of the hike after you stop the timer and save the hike (assuming you followed the correct path), you can find the right segment with the overall time it took you to complete.
If you do not follow the correct path, your hike will still count as long as you followed most of the hike and you went at least the same distance as the designated hike.
